Shipping Policy

Currently, we only provide shipping to Singapore and Malaysia.

We strive to deliver your orders at the shortest time possible. Please note that all orders are processed during working days and hours. Any orders made after working hours will be processed on the next working day. Byme Skincare does not represent the courier company. However, please be assured that we will help in any way should any trouble occur.

Office hours are from Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm, except on Malaysian public holidays.

  • Byme Skincare delivers across Malaysia and Singapore. The shipping rates are as follows:
    1. Peninsular Malaysia: RM 7 per order
    2. Sabah and Sarawak: RM 10 per order
    3. Singapore: RM 25 per order
  • Enjoy FREE Shipping with the minimum purchase amount (RM 120) in a single order. Please note that this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
  • Orders placed on Friday until Sunday will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on destination, from 1 - 3 working days for West Malaysia and 5 - 7 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore.
  • You will be able to receive your goods within 3 to 7 working days depending on the shipping area.
  • Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number. Byme Skincare will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Logistics Worldwide Express Sdn Bhd. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabouts, you may check your tracking number online at https://www.lwe.asia/tracking.
  • During promotion/peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfill the usual next day delivery promise due to the large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.   • If you are not personally available to accept the delivery, a representative may accept the delivery on your behalf, provided that the said representative is over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. You or your representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of products and all deliveries shall be signed off by you or your representative on the delivery order.
  • Byme Skincare reserves the right to withhold delivery of the products to you if it has any doubts whatsoever as to your creditworthiness or insufficient identification.
